The USGenWeb Project maintains two Service Marks registered with USPTO. Service Mark renewals are due by 3/29/2021 and cover a ten year period. Service Mark costs include a Renewal Declaration fee of $125 plus the renewal fee of $300, for a total of $425 per Service Mark. Late renewal is allowed for up to 6 months past the due date (9/29/2021) for an additional fee of $200 per renewal.
